He is survived by: his wife Donna Carter Caldwell of Westmoreland, TN; his children, Jacob Caldwell (Heather) of Westmoreland, TN, Jeremy Caldwell of Westmoreland, TN and Annabell Caldwell of Westmoreland, TN; his brothers, Jeff Caldwell (Teresa) of Westmoreland, TN and Billy Joe Caldwell (Bobbie) of Adolphus, KY; and his grandchildren, Amia Grace Caldwell, Fletcher Caldwell and Hollis James Caldwell.
