He was predeceased by: his sons, Charles William Clark and Roger Clark; his parents, Andrew Clark and Clara Perry Clark; and his sister Annie Mai Loftis.
He is survived by: his wife Virgie Clark of Westmoreland, TN; his daughters, Wanda Thompson (Ronnie) of Westmoreland, TN and Lisa Shockley (Don) of Telford, TN; his brother Odell Clark of Westmoreland, TN; his sister-in-law Louise Douglas of Fairfield; and also Several. He is also survived by Several Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren.
