He is survived by: his wife Norma Caruthers of Westmoreland, TN; his children, Jill Troutt, Will Troutt of Westmoreland, Avery Troutt and Bristol Troutt; and also, Mike Troutt of Westmoreland, Grand and Brandi Troutt of Westmoreland.
