He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo McGahan and Vita Chaney McGahan; his son Mark Alan McGahan; and his siblings, Evelyn Groseclose and Samuel McGahan.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Staggs McGahan; and his sons, William Michael McGahan and Kelley Donald McGahan. He is also survived by three granddaughters and seven great-grandsons.
