It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley West Riley (Waynesboro, Tennessee), born in Collinwood, Tennessee, who passed away on March 27, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Dodd and Bertha Haddock Dodd; her husband James Riley; her children, Glenda Francis and Anthony West; and her siblings, Era Jean Holthouse, Ruby Dean Jenkins, Louise Teeftaller, S. W. and Daniel Dodd.
She is survived by: her children, Randy West (Linda) of Middlefield, OH and Tabitha Daniel (Steve) of Smyrna, TN; her grandchildren, Chandler Francis (Karli), Dakota Daniel (Emily), Kincaid Francis (Hannah), Skyler and Destiny Daniel; and her great grandchildren, Carter and Luke Francis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
