He is survived by: his wife Twyla Jean Byrd Franks of Waynesboro, TN; his sons, Ryan Franks (Brittnye), Tim Franks (Andrea) of Waynesboro, TN and Jeff Franks (Amanda) of Fayetteville, TN; his grandchildren, Audrey Franks, Allyson Franks, Emma Smith, Will Franks, Casey Franks, Avery Franks and Annsley Franks; and his siblings, Jimmy Franks of Waynesboro, TN, Paul Franks of Waynesboro, TN, Sam Franks of Waynesboro, TN, Grayford Franks of Clifton, TN, Steve Franks of Hohenwald, TN, Kitty Pulley of Portland, TN, Doris Creecy of Waynesboro, TN, Lois Franks of Waynesboro, TN, Shelia Alley of Waynesboro, TN, Linda Owens of Waynesboro, TN and Carolyn Adams of Collinwood, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
