He was predeceased by: his wife Fern Coffin; his parents, Julius Duesterhoeft and Friederike Duesterhoeft; his wife Clara Nell; his siblings, Juliann Schramm (Alfred), Marie Quast (Carl), Bertha Schramm (Henry), Otto Duesterhoeft (Evalyn), Daniel Duesterhoeft, Ernst Duesterhoeft (Alvina), Ruth Hagen (Mike), Louise Reckow (Louis), John Duesterhoeft (Ruth), Immanuel Duesterhoeft (Joyce) and Gary Duesterhoeft (Delores); his parents-in-law, Ralph and Ella Coffin; his brother-in-law David Coffin; and his stepdaughter-in-law Sherry Pigg.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Margaret Thompson (Eddie) and Travis Pigg (Debie). He is also survived by 30 nieces and nephews and their spouses, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
