He is survived by: his mother Barbara Matthews Reed (Rex) of Waynesboro, TN; his son Shawn Kelley of Bryan, OH; his sisters, Lisa Kelly of Waynesboro, TN and Misty Kelly of Waynesboro, TN; and his granddaughters, Sunny Ann and Mati Kelley. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
