He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Nutt and Goldie Mary Brewer Nutt; his wife Linda Ann Warren; his daughter Annette Haggard; his brothers, Robert Eugene Nutt, Harold Wilbert Nutt and Billy Dan Nutt; and his nephew Bryan Skelton.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Amber Haggard and Garrett Haggard (Madison); his great grandchildren, Kaylee Crews (Clay), Makohl Haggard, Kinsley Miller, Madden Haggard, Greyson Haggard, Hayes Haggard and Huck Haggard; his great great grandchild Teagan Crews; and his sister Linda Faye White.
