He was predeceased by: his sisters, Irma Lee Mitchell and Loys Smith. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Ary Walker of Waynesboro, TN; his daughters, Sherry Heard (Johnny) of Collinwood, TN and Tina Alhashimi of Waynesboro, TN; and his grandchildren, Austin Smith, Caleb Alhashimi, Jacob Alhashimi and McKinley Heard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be given to the Butterfly Foundation, the Waynesboro Cumberland Presbyterian Church or to a charity of the sender's choice.
