She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Skaggs and Madgie Brewer Skaggs; her siblings, Dalton Skaggs, Tommy Skaggs, Darnell Skaggs, Donald Ray Skaggs, Thelma Stults, Mary Franks and Faye Pennington; and her grandson-in-law Brandon Whidden.
She is survived by: her husband John Thomas Turnbo; her son Manuel Turnbo (Wonda) of Waynesboro, Tennessee; her sisters, Blanche Burnette, Maddie Pearl Burns (Pat), Patricia Pigg (Patty) and Jeanine Ana Dodd (Penny); her grandchildren, Tamara Ratcliff (John) of Henderson, Kelli Violet (Josh) of Lawrenceburg and Sabra McCrory (Colby) of Waynesboro, Tennessee; and her great grandchildren, William Ratcliff, Isaac Ratcliff, Bo Thomas Ratcliff, Acelyn Violet, Barrett Violet, Nolan McCrory and Saige McCrory.
