She is survived by: her son C. D.; her daughter-in-law Sarah Wade of McEwen, TN; her grandchildren, Alicia L. Heath of Smyrna, TN, Cindy Key of Chapel Hill, TN and Kevin Wade of Norcross; her great grandchildren, Trinity, Ethan Wade, Candice, Jerrod Key, Alex, Lauren, Elizabeth Smith, Collin and Cassie Heath; her stepgrandchildren, Stephen Box, Donna Brown, Lesia Butler, Leigh-ann O'Guin and Al Box; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Christy, Cadie Johnson, Tyler, Logan, Austin, Travis, Nathan Box and Brandy Bryant; her sister Ellen Whitten of Kodak, TN; her nephew Vance; her niece Patty Baker; and her close friends, Connie Womac, Linda Pendergrass and Danny Blevins. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
