He is survived by: his wife Ann Allison Marrs of Waverly, TN; his daughters, Cynthia Lynn Garton (Billy Joe) of Dickson, TN and Tina Marie Sims of Dickson, TN; his stepchildren, Greg Smith of Waverly, TN and Deb Kingrey of Lake Charles, LA; his siblings, Sammy Marrs (Carolyn) of Jackson, TN, Patsy Phebus of Waverly, TN and LaFonda Smiley (Ken) of Waverly, TN; his brother-in-law James Hughes of Nashville, TN; his granddaughter Taylor Mae Sims of Dickson, TN; and his stepgreat-grandchild Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
