He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Van Staggs (Tonia) of Waverly, TN, Johnny Staggs (Serena) of Dover, TN and Carmon Ferrell (Michael) of Chesapeake, VA; his grandchildren, Haley Clay, Candace Clay, Brandon Staggs, Norma McEwen (Jon), Justin Staggs, Catherine Rush (Blake), Jennifer Russell, Adam Lamb (Kristen), Micheal Berg, Nicholas Roberts and Haven Ferrell; his sisters, June Rochelle of Hurricane Mills, TN and Reba Sharp of Dickson, TN; his sister-in-law Jill Dreaden; his son-in-law Todd Clay; and his pets, Sammy and Jody.
