He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommie Sue Spicer and Robert Nathaniel Spicer, Sr.; and his brother Robert Nathaniel Spicer, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Spicer of Waverly, TN; his son Robin Spicer, Jr. (Vanessa) of New Johnsonville, TN; his grandchildren, Makayla Spicer, Nya Sabye and Angellina Sabye; his great grandchildren, Kataleya Walker and Ezekiel Walker; his sisters, Mattie Sue Yokley (Henry), Linda Jean Hall (Phil) and Wendy June Mills (Dewayne); his sister-in-law Alice Spicer; and his friends, Virginia Napier and Billy Napier. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home - Waverly (2400 TN-13, Waverly, TN 37185). A burial was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:15 PM to 2:15 PM at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery (116 Tank Hill Rd, Waverly, TN 37185).
