He is survived by: his children, Larry Curtis (Marty) of Old Hickiory, TN, Steven Curtis (Nancy) of Franklin, Jeff Curtis (Patty) of Kennesaw, GA. and Amy Richardson (Randy) of Rutherford, TN.; his grandchildren, Michael Curtis (Carrie Ensinger), Tracey Ouellette (Bryan), Courtney Shive (Alex), Tyler Richardson and Spencer Richardson; and his great grandchild Levi Ouellette.
