He was predeceased by: his parents, James Travis and Pauline Travis; his siblings, Margaret Travis, Paul Travis, Rickey Travis and Ira Travis; and his pet Molly.
He is survived by: his daughters, Daphney Baggett (Nick), Shannon Proctor (Jonathan), Taylor Russom (Bradley) and Carrie Thompson (Kent); his grandchildren, Ashlyn Nunn (Trevor), Hannah Flores (Will), Jacob McCluskey, Abby Baggett, Gavan Proctor, Landon Proctor, Garrett Proctor and Reese Thompson; his great grandchildren, Konnor Nunn, Walker Nunn and Ella Nunn; and his siblings, David Travis, William Travis, Raymond Travis, Douglas Travis and Shirley Moore. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home (2400 TN-13, Waverly, TN 37185). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
