She is survived by: her husband Thomas "Tommy" Chappell; her daughter Shelby Cathey (Cody); her granddaughter Emma Tidwell; her siblings, David Cagle (late Nancy) and Carol Fortner (late Bobby); her siblings-in-law, Barry Chappell (Patti), Cathy Dixon, Debbie Forrester, Judy Chappell, Liz Mitchell (Lee) and Sandra Baker (Eddie); and her nephew Michael Daniel (Lexie). She is also survived by her family and friends.
