He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Scurlock and Cornelia Hemby Scurlock; and his brothers, Wayne, Noel and Harris Scurlock.

He is survived by: his wife Kaye Fowler Scurlock of Waverly, TN; his children, Tommy Scurlock (Kim) of Florida, Jason Scurlock of Georgia, Donna Stribling (Jay) of Clarksville, TN, Jillena Scurlock (Gerry) of Georgia and Angela Clarke (Dan) of Dickson, TN; his stepchildren, Larry Thomas McCoy of Waverly, TN, Dion Renee Alaimo of Waverly, TN, Mitch McCoy of West Virginia and Tracy McCoy of West Virginia; his siblings, Harold Scurlock (Shelia) of Manchester, TN, Mary Rawlings of Waverly, TN and Lucille Rawlings (Jimmy) of Maryland; his grandchildren, Josh Stribling (Rachel), Kayla Werfel (Jesse), Chase Scurlock, Jacob Scurlock (Christina), Chelsea Scurlock, Kaitlin Nash, Spencer Nash and Aidan Nash; his stepgrandchildren, Linzy Brisendine (Dillon), Zander Alaimo, Jacob Alaimo, Jesse McCoy and Memphis McCoy; and his great grandchild Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous Nieces & Nephews.
