He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Harvell and Julia Odell Wheat Lutts; and his siblings, Alice Thomas, Billy, Sam, Robert and Kenneth Lutts.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Lutts of Waverly, TN; his children, Scott Lutts (Patti Stewart) of Waverly, TN and Shannon Berg (Richard) of Waverly, TN; his siblings, Jimmy Lutts of Waverly, TN, Joann Zaleski of Ohio, Judy Meade of Waverly, TN and Peggy Spann of Hurricane Mills, TN; and his grandchildren, Josh Stewart and Britny Doyle. He is also survived by 2 Great Grandchildren.
