She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Watts Simmons and H. L. Simmons (Pete); and her brother Tom Simmons. She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Gaitha Bell Grimes; her husband Allen Bell; her brother Jim Simmons (Margaret) of Madison, AL; and her nephews, Josh Simmons of Madison, AL and Jessie Simmons (Brandi) of Knoxville, TN. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many cousins.
