It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judy Garland O'Guin Sujdak of Waverly, Tennessee, born in Dickson, Tennessee, who passed away on November 27, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland O'Guin and Earlene Oakley O'Guin; her son Keith Neely; and her brothers, Charles "Chuck" O'Guin and John Paul O'Guin.
She is survived by: her husband John Sujdak, Jr. of Waverly, TN; her daughter Missy Neely (Donovan Manley) of Nashville, TN; her stepchildren, Jennifer Sujdak of Hermitage, TN and Tommy Triplett of Waverly, TN; her siblings, Rev. Christopher O'Guin (Crystal) of China Grove, NC and Barbara Warlick of Georgia; her great grandchild Numerous; and her sisters, Betty Kephart, Shirley Ann Case and Dolores Marie O'Guin. She is also survived by Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
