He is survived by: his mother Stella Wheeler Schultheis of Waverly, TN; his sons, Chase Cannon (Hannah Harrison) of Lafayette, TN and Kinley Cannon (Katti Spears) of Waverly, TN.; his siblings, Harold Cannon of Waverly, TN. and Wanda Chambliss (Ronnie) of Waverly, TN.; his stepsisters, Pearl Schultheis of Illinois and Deb Asbury (Brian) of Illinois, Several; and his brothers, Doyle Cannon, Roger Cannon, Mack Cannon and Keith Cannon.
Whether through small acts of kindness or significant contributions to those in need, Joe's commitment to helping others was not only admirable but a testament to his character.
