It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason Matthew Lagan of Waverly, Tennessee, born in Dickson, Tennessee, who passed away on August 5, 2021, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John F. Lagan; his stepfather Jimmie Trotter; his grandparents, Lurton, Connie McNeil, Emmitt and Elena Lagan; his sister Kelly Lagan Shannon; and his nephew Dylan Shannon.
He is survived by: his mother Lynn McNeil Lagan of Waverly, TN; his daughter Alexandria Elizabeth Lagan of Wilmington, NC; his brother Forrest Trotter (Alicia) of Dickson, TN; his nieces and nephews, Lyrin Trotter of Dickson, TN, Landree Trotter of Dickson, TN, Garrett Shannon (Rachel) of Jackson, TN and Danielle Shannon of Wilmington, NC; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madison, Jaylen, Emma and Emery of Joey, C. J.; and his close friend Awanda Tomlinson of New Johnsonville, TN. He is also survived by Numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in memory of Jason to the Humphreys County Humane Society or the Hope Center.
