Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved James William Franklin of Waverly, Tennessee, born in Callicoon, New York, who passed away at the age of 87, on December 4, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Arthur Franklin and Esther Treyz Franklin; and his daughter Linda Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Brown Franklin; his children, Ginny Horn of Lexington, KY, Lee Ann Brewer (Mark) and Jim Franklin, Jr. of Cookeville, TN; his grandchildren, Rob Lawrence, David Horn, Rachel Horn, Natalie Horn, Kirsten Brewer and Cade Brewer; and his great grandchild Billie Lawrence-Davies.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Waverly Animal Shelter in Memory of Jim.
