He is survived by: his wife Dot Cook; his sisters, Jo Ann Burgett of Nashville, TN, Faye Bales of Destin, FL and Sandra Cox (Bobby) of Joelton, TN; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Cook of Joelton, TN, Peggy Buhler (Don) of Waverly, TN, Jackie Duke of Springfield, TN and Jack Duke (Nancy) of Ashland City. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
