Sterling, KY and James Willoughby of Mt. Sterling, KY.; his grandchildren, Jordan Campbell, Jackson Campbell, Lainey Willoughby, Christian Willoughby (Hope), Caleb Willoughby (Sara), Caroline Willoughby and Clark Willoughby; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah Willoughby and Emerson Willoughby.
