She was predeceased by: her parents, Buford Garretty and Willie Mae Garretty; her husband Jewell L. Freeland; and her siblings, Robert Garretty, Helen Odom and Nancy Munson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda F. Dycus (Walter) and Nancy Robey of Waverly, TN.; her grandchildren, Chesley Dycus (Lauren), Brandon Dycus (Brooke), Franklin, Lindsay Dycus, Crockett Matt Bone (Shannon) and Holley Gates (Kirk); and her great grandchildren, Chesley Dycus, Lila Dycus, Harper Dycus, Freeland Dycus, Jack Bone, Ava Bone, Mackinley Gates and Nolan Gates.
