He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel T. Dodd and Bertha Cotham McClure; his wife Dottie Dodd; his daughter Cindy Davis; and his brothers, Anderson Dodd and Carl Dodd.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Dodd (Dawn) of New Johnsonville, TN and Joni Allison (Tom) of Waverly, TN; his sister Ann Jenkins of Gulf Breeze, FL; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Dodd, Houston Dodd Laura Short (Julia), Matt Nix Chad Moore (Abby) and Kira Davis. He is also survived by 7 Great Grandchildren Several Nieces & Nephews.
