He is survived by: his wife Rita Scurlock Forrester of Waverly, TN; and his siblings, Bobby Forrester, David Franklin Forrester (Melissa) of Jackson, TN and Patty Gail Forrester Stewart (Scott Lutts) of Waverly, TN. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
