He is survived by: his wife Sherry Parker Price of Waverly, TN; his children, Billy Ray Price, Jr. of Waverly, TN, Samantha Lorraine Price Helsel (Jerry) of Kenton, TN, Zerlina Yvonne Price Hughes (Ryan) of Waverly, TN and Sabrina Ann Price (Desmond) of Camden, TN; his siblings, Michael Price, Arthur Clive Price, Bobby Price, Barbara Faye Pittman, Elizabeth Brooks and Linda Kay McDonald; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Preston (Michaela), Matthew, Christian (Amber), Dossie, Bryan (Angel), Joshua (Lauren), Cynthia (Dylan), River, Laken and Lucynia.
