She was predeceased by: her parents, B. J. Perkins and Clara Perkins; her husband Bill O'Guin; her former husband James Rumage; and her son Joseph O'Guin.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Ray (O'Guin) of Lebanon, TN, William "Barney" O'Guin (Linda) of Norene, TN and Tim O'Guin (Jeannie) of Lebanon, TN. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
