He is survived by: his sister Kathleen; his sister-in-law Elaine McClure Padgett; his children, Robert Delver Phelps and Jessica Nicole Phelps; his grandson Leonardo Alexander Sen; and his sister-in-law Jennifer Olivia McClure Phelps. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and grandnieces and grand nephews.
