He was predeceased by: his parent Luther Dixon; and his siblings, Roosevelt Fields, Walter Fields, Mary Horchata and Beulah Sword.
He is survived by: his parent Eula Chapman Fields; his siblings, James Fields, Carl Fields, Joe Fields and Ruth Mabe; and his niece Lori Shepherd. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
