He was predeceased by: his father William Vince Bray; and his grandfather Charles Virgil Scott. He is survived by: his wife Marah; his brother Ernie; his sister-in-law Traci; his nephews, Gibson, Ethan, Rylan, Kayson, Colton and Masen; his niece Arissa; his grandmother Nellie Scott of Watauga; his parents-in-law, Mark and Teresa Kilby of Salem; his brother-in-law Jared Kilby; his grandfather-in-law Dottie Pafford; his aunts and uncles, Jim Bray of Kingsport, Nancy, Mike Scott of Gallatin, TN and Brenda; and his pets, Wyatt and Frances. He is also survived by Numerous cousins, extended family, close friends, and wonderful co-workers. He leaves behind his 4 dogs.
Grandmother Nellie Scott of Watauga, Tn who laid the foundation for his life to always be a caring and loving man.Also surviving are his In laws Mark and Teresa Kilby of Salem, Va.
