It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack C O'Quinn of Watauga, Tennessee, born in Haysi, Virginia, who passed away on November 8, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren O'Quinn and Carrie Powers O'Quinn; and his siblings, Bonnie Turbyfill, Carmeil Proffitt, Frances Ray, Mozella Smith, Warren O'Quinn and Wayne Kiser.
He is survived by: his sister Alta Mae Lockette; and his sister-in-law Norma Campbell. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
