She is survived by: her siblings, Nancy Collins (JC), Sue Idol, Baby Judith, Tom Fox and Larry Fox (Maxine); her daughter Judy Lynn Simmons (Gene); her grandchildren, Anthony Haynes (Amy), Angie Mitchell (Lance) and Joann Haynes; her stepgranddaughter Lisa Williams (Scott); her great grandchildren, Jacob Haynes, Abby Haynes and Laney Haynes; her stepgrandsons, Jeremy Williams (Lindsey) and Seth Williams; her sister Kathy Hayes (David); her sister-in-law Ellen Fox; and her nephew Ronnie West (Melba). She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
