She was predeceased by: her husband Vaughn Bailey; her parents, Dolly Parker White and Taylor Ted Mullins; and her brother Bruce Mullins. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Graves (Randal), James Eddie Roach and Mark Roach (Barbara); her grandchildren, Brandi of Washburn, Cody McCoy of Washburn, Brooke of Washburn, Tim Williams of Washburn, Billy Graves of Washburn, Makayla Graham of Washburn, Casey and Jason Garrett; her great grandchildren, Mia, Maddi McCoy, Bree, Isaac Williams, Emma and Jase Garrett; her nieces, Debbie (Greg Gibson) and Pam (Keith Scott); and her sister-in-law Norma Mullins.
