He is survived by: his wife Barbara Collins; his children, Katrina Majors (Mitchell), Travis Bell (Kayla), Justin Collins and Corbyn Collins; his siblings, Trish Armes (Ricky), Teresa Barnard, Chris Collins, Lonnie Dyer and Carson Dyer; and his stepfather Terry Bell. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
