She was predeceased by: her husband Hugh Johnson; her close friend Charles Williams; her parents, Bill Clay (Poppy) and Annie Clay (Mommy); and her siblings, Harry, Jeff, Paul, Jim, Willie, Easton, Earl Clay, Annie Crawford, Della Mae Nicley, Lillus Clay, Lorene Clay and Virgie Larmer.
She is survived by: her siblings, Verlin (Sheriff), Dorena Nicley (Earl) and Ilene Ryburn (Tom); and her niece Beverly Lovell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
