He is survived by: his grandchildren, Melissa Carney (Jimmie) of Halls Mill and Vint Altman (Kristy) of Wartrace; his great grandchildren, Joshua Altman (Stephanie), Wade Campbell (Kristy), Sharla Holland (Brad) and Gina Campbell Molder (Russell); and his great great grandchild David Wayne Church, III.
