Smith of Wartrace, Tennessee, born in Shelbyville, Tennessee, who passed away on May 31, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Catherine and Mary Catherine; his siblings, Jerry, Johnny, Rocky Smith and Patsy Stewart; his son Steven Michael Smith; his granddaughter LeeAnn Dye; and his mother-in-law Polly "Happy" Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Sue Nickelson Smith of Wartrace; his children, Jason "Munk" Smith (Stacey) of Shelbyville and Shelley Holden (Wayne) of Shelbyville; his brothers, Roger Dale Smith, Sr. of Shelbyville and Donald Patrick Smith of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Peyton Vaughn, Tyler Dye, Chelsie Dye, Kara Smith and Raelyn Smith; his father-in-law Steve Johnson (Pam) of Shelbyville; and his siblings-in-law, Mike of Lynchburg, Kenny Nickelson of Lynchburg and Misty Sulouff (Kevin) of Winchester. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
