It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sally Ann McGovern (Wartrace, Tennessee), who passed away on March 29, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter E. Mahaffay and Louise Abs Mahaffay. She is survived by: her daughter Jodi Lynn Stack (Robert) of Oak Lawn, IL; her grandchildren, Aaron, Jacen, Juno and Michael Angelo Rivera; her siblings, Vicki Lou Walsh of Wartrace, TN, Terry Lee Mahaffay (Bethanne), Lesie Jo Boudreaux (Michael) of Mt. Juliet, TN and Lynne Saccameno; and her pets, Sadie and Twinky. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Wartrace Baptist Church (105 Vine St, Wartrace, TN 37183). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
