He is survived by: his mother Frances Yoes Blackwell of Shelbyville; his wife Diane Myers Blackwell; his children, DeLisa Russell (Conard Harris) and Dustin Hill (Jenny); his brothers, Jeff Blackwell (Vicky) and Jay Blackwell (Kim); his grandchildren, Blakelynn Hill, Ella Russell, Kris Kelso, Michael Kelso, Kaden Hill, Kaleb Kelso and Jaleigha Harris; his nieces and nephews, Stetson Blackwell (Tayhlor), Kaydence Miller and Abby Blackwell; his aunts, Nell Darnell and Freda Blackwell; and his close friend Duke-Blue.
