She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Sammons and Helen Martha Nightingale Sammons; and her son Tom Greschel. She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Brown (Winston) of Lewisburg, Jo Ann Beech (Mike) of Bell Buckle and Pam Phillips of Nashville. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
