He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Oscar Floyd and Florence Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Debra Sue Hardin Floyd of Watrace; his children, Eva Floyd (Timothy Whitney), Billy Floyd, Jr. (Lilly), Christopher Floyd (Samantha) and Travis Floyd (Dixie); his sister Dorothy Collingham; and his grandchildren, Aubry Floyd, Colton, Heidi Floyd, Sadie Floyd, Hailey Floyd and Skylar Floyd.
