She is survived by: her husband Levelle Smith; her daughter Dori Ann Hiatt (Charlie); her grandchildren, Dalton and Lindsey Hiatt; her son Mark L. Smith; her grandchildren, Macy, Landon and Rhett Smith; her son Michael Paul Smith; her grandchildren, Brayden and Brooke Smith; and her sister-in-law Judith Elrod Graveside.
