She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Phillips and Nellie Phillips; her husband Earl Phillips; her son Bruce Phillips; her grandsons, Eric Phillips and Wayne Phillips; and her daughter-in-law Sherry Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Phillips (Christine) of Wartburg, Gary Phillips (Barbara) of New River, Cindy Braden and Earl Phillips (Teresa) of Oliver Springs; and her sister Evelyn Guy (Joe) of Knoxville. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
