He was predeceased by: his father Gorman Spradlin; his sister Delonha Heidel; and his brother-in-law Bill Price. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Spradlin; his children, Jeff Spradlin and Renea Richardson (Tony); his grandchildren, Jacob Richardson (Lindsay), Isaiah Richardson and Autumn Spradlin; his mother Geneva Spradlin; and his siblings, Norma Price, Kay Gibbs (Wayne), Sandra Roysden (Michael), Debbie Mallett (John) and Steve Spradlin (Sue). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and special friends.
