He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Keathley and Flora Keathley; and his son Corey Keathley. He is survived by: his siblings, Chester, Charles, Larry, Leonard, Margaret, Dorothy, Imogene and Nina; his children, David (Tracy Keathley), Tim Keathley, Mindy (Allen Richardson), Amy (Ryan Hillis) and Suzanne (Jeffery Letner); his daughter-in-law Felicia Keathley; the mother of his children Barbara Keathley; and his sisters, Penny Phillips and Marjorie Lester. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, David requested that donations be made to the American Legion Post 149 in Wartburg, or in honor of his son Corey to a cancer charity of your choice.
